The agreement between you and ODL Manager.

What this is

ODL Manager is a free tool for running online dart leagues. It is run by an individual, not a company. Using it means accepting what is on this page.

You must be old enough to agree to this where you live. You must give a real email address, because it is how account access is recovered.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you believe somebody else has access, change your password and report it at the address below.

One account per person. A second account would place the same person on two rungs of the same ladder, which the app does not allow.

Your league is yours

A league you run, and everything in it, is yours. Its name, divisions, players and results are your responsibility.

ODL Manager provides the tool. It does not organise your league, arbitrate its disputes or decide the outcome of a match.

ODL Manager claims no ownership of what you put in. Tables and rounds of fixtures can be copied out of the app as plain text at any time.

Anything you collect from your players — subs, entry fees, prizes — is between you and them. It does not pass through this app.

Running a raffle or a prize draw through this app is your own activity, including any registration your local law requires of it above a certain size. ODL Manager takes no payment and holds no prize.

What you must not do

• Use it to harass, threaten or abuse anybody, including your own players.
• Enter somebody else's personal details without their agreement.
• Upload anything illegal, or any image you do not have the right to use.
• Access, or attempt to access, other people's accounts or leagues.
• Attack the service, scrape it wholesale, or automate it in a way that degrades it for others.

Administrative action

A platform administrator can put a league on hold or, rarely, delete it. Every such action records a reason, and that record cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, including by the administrator who made it.

A league on hold remains fully readable and can still be left, handed over or deleted by its owner. It cannot be run until the hold is lifted. See What that looks like.

An account can be closed for any of the things listed above. Leagues owned by a closed account are deleted with it. Hand a league over first if it should outlive your account.

Closing your account

Delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. No notice or reason is required. What is removed is set out in the privacy policy.

Availability

This service is free and is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, features may change, and data may be lost. There is no guarantee that it will be available, that it will continue to work as it does today, or that it will continue to exist.

To the extent the law allows, ODL Manager is not liable for any loss arising from using this service or from being unable to use it, including an unfinished season or an inaccessible table. Where a court finds liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid, which is nothing.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. Changes are made on this page and the date below is updated. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept it, delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
